Breakfast Toasts it is!
Basics: wholewheat loaf, ricotta, eggs, avocado, cucumber, smoked salmon, tomato, lime, dill, chives, paprika, salt and pepper.

We gave you some topping ideas but – as always – feel free to try whatever ingredients you like and those you know will go well together (mozzarella, tomato & basil; eggs and asparagus; cheese & tomato).
Toast #1: Ricotta, scrambled eggs, lime and paprika
Toast #2: Ricotta, smashed avocado, lime, tomatoes, scrambled eggs, salt and pepper
Toast #3: Grated cucumber, cottage cheese, smoked salmon, dill, chives, lime, salt and pepper
Toast #4: Ricotta, smashed avocado and lime
For a vegan toast use whatever vegan bread you prefer, spread cashew or almond butter, top it with banana/apple, maple syrup and cinnamon or for a savory option you can use hummus and top it with pomegranate and rocket.
Choose your favorite ingredients and have fun making these combos.
Have a nutritious breakfast and don’t worry about lunch. This way you will have more time to enjoy your lazy weekend.
